      Team Management Everyone is very supportive, it's like a second family Work-Life Balance is good

      Cons

      Salary is a bit bellow avg Targets are quite irrealistic sometimes, especially without any relief on Holiday season, so if you're going on holiday, get ready to not achieve your target that month and be affected by your targets for months to come.
