Good office culture and great product. Awesome commission structure and great team of people

Cons

Most of upper management left after IPO. If you are not willing to work hard you will not be successful. Two product teams so make sure when you interview you know the ins and outs of your business

Product in my opinion is fun to demo and if you understand the sales process well, closing can be easy once you get clients towards the end of the process.

Cons

Be prepared to do heavy outbound work. Some of the goals are unrealistic but that's in any sales organization.
