      This is a fantastic environment for those seeking a career in sales. The bad reviews you see here are more than likely those who could not handle the fast past environment that comes with a SaaS based company that is very new to the American market. You need to speak your mind, if you need help ask for it. Listen and learn, if you put in the work...you will be rewarded in spades.

      Internal Communication could improve.

      Pros

      there's a lot of positives here. Friendly co-workers, talented people. As a start up its ever-changing which is a really nice change from regular corporate jobs. you have to work hard but its worth it. I think some of the negative reviews are just lazy people who want everything handed to them. Work for it, and this company will repay you in spades.

      Cons

      some people slip through the cracks and aren't what'd you expect, but that's normal no matter where you go.

      Its a company in transition - learning how to scale A bit higher than normal transition while managing hyper growth and maturing
