Thanks for your review, we agree our people and our culture are what set us apart :) We appreciate your feedback on working from home it is clearly an opportunity for us. There has been plenty of discussion around flexible working and whilst we haven't landed on a company wide policy there is definitely appetite to allow for more flexible arrangements for our people. We do have some areas where flexible work is supported and encouraged we just need to explore how we make that more widespread.

Pros

It is a good position to start a career in sales as a SAAS. At the beginning you will have achievable targets and your team leaders usually help you out with any possible problem you can have. You learn a lot during the first 2 months and the salary is decent for a starting role. Plus, you have beers every Friday. Colleagues are very friendly, so it feels like a family.

Cons

It is a cold calling job mainly. Do not expect that your duties will evolve much after 2 months. Progression is usually limited to other sale executives leaving, so you can wait 6 months to be promoted. You salary after you get promoted does not change that much in the first couple of months as it depends on commissions. The job is very repetitive.
