Pros

SiteMinder is a company that allows you to be yourself and welcomes diversity and inclusivity. I appreciate that they are involved in social causes, like encouraging women in tech, Pride, etc. This is something that's motivating and inspiring when you go to work.

Cons

We are faced with a challenging market and financial climate these days so talks on career progression might not be the priority, however, I'm confident this will change as soon as things will start to pick up.

Pros

Work from home. Staff events are really cool. If you work in a Bank Holiday, you can choose between Double Pay or a Time off.

Cons

Stressful as It looks that the company is growing faster than it can handle, overloading every single department. For example Sales or Onboarding might not follow the procedures(by lack of attention for example), which leads to the Client to contact Support to fix something that supposed to be done before the Client Account was active. Hardly ever this issue will be reported to become a Constructive Feedback, which means it that might happen again. But if you are from Support be sure that you will receive feedbacks from everyone. Training should be better(longer).

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It's great to hear that you enjoy our flexibility and culture, but also hear your concerns. We are going through a period of rapid growth which is exciting, but also means that sometimes our processes struggle to keep up with our pace. We are currently looking at our Sales and Onboarding processes to try and streamline and automate in order to improve the experience for both customers and employees who support our customers. This is an ongoing evolution. Our Chief Product Officer has also commenced a bi-monthly all hands to ensure employees are aware of the product roadmap and the status of any bugs and enhancements.
