Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. I'm sad to read your feedback on management in Galway and wish that you raised your concerns before you left. We are aware that the past few months have been difficult due to uncertainty of COVID. During this time, we held weekly All Staff meeting with anonymous Slido, and closely monitored our internal feedback tool OfficeVibe to ensure that we could address employees concerns and provide support. We recognise that our sales training needed to be improved, as a result, we developed a new dedicated Sales Training team to ensure that team members were set-up for success and are seeing great results from this, I'm sorry that this wasn't in place when you started.

Pros

Great for a starter employee Fantastic co-workers Relaxed attire to work - but do it at your own risk. You know the slob dressers won't get anywhere unless they're genius Ping pong table and billiard table at the community area, which are nice but made no difference to me

Cons

So many people at the bottom rung so it's impossible to move up the rank, even though they sell the "massive opportunity for career advancement" spiel during the interview. It's honestly a hoax because most people move sideways and they kept hiring outsiders for top positions. Weak leadership as the management only looked out for themselves. Salary was not great but it's probably on par with the other tech companies in Sydney.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience with us entirely. We have recently rolled out career pathways for all customer teams which provides employees with the opportunity to develop new skills and progress within the organisation. We know we have very talented people and teams and experience lots of internal promotions and department moves. We advertise all opportunities internally, however there will always be times we need to hire in specific experience or new talent to ensure we have continuous diversity of thought.

Had some growing pains in the past but management is making the right positive moves, particularly in tech and product - recent improvements to product and engineering practices are really positive. Great energy and vibe in the Sydney office - great location in the Rocks Customers love the products Industry is cool

Cons

Having grown so fast, some areas could be improved through further automation and process
