We are aware that the past few months have been difficult due to uncertainty of COVID. During this time, we held weekly All Staff meeting with anonymous Slido, and closely monitored our internal feedback tool OfficeVibe to ensure that we could address employees concerns and provide support.
We recognise that our sales training needed to be improved, as a result, we developed a new dedicated Sales Training team to ensure that team members were set-up for success and are seeing great results from this, I'm sorry that this wasn't in place when you started.
