      * Strong work-life balance, with flexibility and freedom in how work is done * Supportive and positive environment where people feel valued * Genuine care for employees’ well-being * Great culture with approachable and collaborative colleagues * Opportunities to grow and contribute without being micromanaged

      Cons

      * Some processes could be more streamlined as the company grows * Communication between departments and cross-team collaboration could be improved * At times, decisions take longer than expected to be implemented

      Cons

      Working at SiteMinder has been a truly positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and colleagues are supportive and collaborative. The location in Barcelona is excellent, and the company offers a competitive salary along with private health insurance. I especially value the healthy work-life balance thanks to the hybrid work model. SiteMinder’s values are well-reflected in the day-to-day culture, and there are plenty of opportunities for training and development. Team-building activities also make the environment even more engaging and enjoyable. Honestly, I don’t have any cons to mention—my experience here has been nothing but positive.
