Great to see you enjoyed our great collaborative and fun culture in our Barcelona office as well as feeling supported by your manager, which is very important to us. I'm disappointed to hear that you found it difficult to progress, especially considering our career pathway which gives ongoing opportunity to progress within the company. In fact, it is one of the things we receive a lot of positive feedback on. In terms of pay, again I'm sorry to hear you felt it could have been better. For sure we want our employees to feel rewarded with competitive base salaries and of course a great opportunity in sales roles to earn commission. Delighted you are enjoying the great atmosphere and culture at SiteMinder and hopefully you are loving the new office! I'm sorry you feel our salaries could be better and maybe your opinion has changed (hopefully) since you left this review! We do conduct annual benchmarking exercises and constantly take feedback from out T/A team to ensure we are competitive within market.
