The training/onboarding was done very well making sure that everyone involved in the meeting did in fact participate. Management was very supportive with weekly one to ones Software itself is easy and intuitive to use

Cons

Salaries are on the lower end of the spectrum compared to other SaaS companies in London especially with cost of living increasing I was not notified of any salary ijf

Our L&D team do a fantastic job and are constantly evolving the experience based on feedback and to meet the needs of the business. We often get feedback on how supportive our managers are and we very much drive a culture of open communication, two way feedback and regular one to ones.
