      One of the worst experiences of my career

      Pros

      They are still innovating where others aren't, which means there is product potential on the technology side. Salaries are good for the current economy.

      Cons

      Completely absent, ineffective and unqualified leadership. An unsupportive HR department that is hard to find and even harder to trust. Impossible to shake any budget free for traveling to see prospects or develop business. Misinformation shared at time of hire about the success, stability and availability of the product. Mistrust, lack of communication and no willingness to work together internally with other teams.

      The flexibility in working hours is a huge plus!

      There are layoffs consistently. With a new CEO, I hope this changes.

      standard MNC employee benefits, good working space in class A commercial business building

      Cons

      no work life balance, long working hours and company politic need to avoid and biggest issue "color" preferences for growth path, need to know someone to climb up the corporate ladder.
