      Pros

      Very nice, knowledgeable, helpful people at low level where actual job is done. First level managers are great. Hybrid and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Jobs are slowly moving offshore. No guarantee you will be with the company in 3 years. Every few years there is a layoff. A lot of politics on high level between businesses and offshore team that prevent cooperation. Don't expect bonus to be paid, check stock market for financial report on company's performance. Medical insurance below average for software industry - this is not software company. Average annual salary increase over the years is below official inflation numbers.
