Pros

Some coworkers were quite supportive, but recent rounds of restructurings have seen many of them exiting the company

Cons

Lots of turmoils and rounds of restructurings. Do yourself a favor and search the comments by date and you will see things have significantly turned south in the past year for this company. Many core team members in various functions have left and the company's major KPI is cost cutting. So, whether you have your career ambition, or need a family to support, do not look at Signify for an answer.

Pros

There are some pros that may benefit one in making a decision on whether they want to work at Signify. 1) Free coffee 2) Remote working 3) Competitive salary 4) Decent benefits package 5) Gain experience

Cons

Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros and I believe that in providing honest feedback to others, I may help someone move past this company. 1) Lack of communication within departments, in addition to the Market and the BG. 2) No clear direction from management 3) Hostile work environment (Specifically in Sales and Ops) 4) Poor work/life balance 5) Poor processes 6) Blame has to get put on someone at all times 7) No support from management (Specifically in Planning Dept.) 8) Useless meetings with no clear agenda 9) Horrible onboarding for new hires 10) High turnover rate

Pros

1 day a week from home.

Cons

No clear vision. Sales are not growing. Lay offs and workload just shifts to whomever stays. Leaders manage by intimidation. Outside hires fail because it must be done the Signify way. Open work environment makes for focusing hard therefore everyone sits with earbuds in. Company loves to have meetings about a meeting and no work gets done. Everything needs to be root caused, 4 c 5 whys leads to power points galore! You just can’t have a conversation here. You speak up against the grain you get shot down. You don’t say much you get shot down. There is no winning here.
