      Pros

      Lightbulbs. Not much else. Good on sustainability.

      Cons

      Lighting industry is dying, sales are dropping, profitability is eroding. Signify has had multiple large scale re-orgs over the past 10 years, and continues to struggle.

      The company has a very slow decision-making process and an extremely bureaucratic culture, which can be attributed to the influence of the former CEO.

      was good company when it was under the Dutch, now just a Chinese box moving company under predatory shareholder's funds control

      Cons

      poor management, poor company culture, salaries below industry standard, micromanagers heaven, star performers leaving company in flock, one would have to be nuts to accept position there now. no capable leadership, no business sound logic
