      Pros

      Great work-life balance and a less crowded environment, making it an ideal place for focused, productive work.

      Cons

      The office location is quite far, making the daily commute a challenge. The 5-day work policy is restrictive, and management does not provide adequate support or guidance. The annual bonus is almost nonexistent, and salary hikes are minimal, offering little room for financial growth. Opportunities for learning and development are scarce, leaving employees feeling stagnant in their roles. The absence of a cafeteria within the office makes it inconvenient during lunch hours, and there is no office cab service, further adding to the discomfort of the daily routine. Overall, the company has significant areas for improvement.

      Flexible job but frequent dismissal

      Pros

      You can come to work at flexible working hour and no need to record attendance. You manage your work with your supervisor only.

      Cons

      Signify doesn't treat you as an employee. They dismiss staff very frequently and then employ back sometimes. People come and go like a restaurant, no loyalty.
