Pros

Good Pay parity as per experience. Also good benefits along with pay and even has a decent work lif balance depending on team you are part of.

Cons

Very unstable management and have gone through structural changes twice in last 3/4 years for cost cutting. Zero Variable pay for last two years (during my tenure) and partial variable pay before is what I have learned from experienced colleagues.

Horrible University Recruiter

Pros

Phillips is a reputable company but hire’s horrible recruiters.

Cons

Their University Recruier kept reaching out to me for an internship and I applied to the job. A few days later I received an email letting me know they are not moving for. Being in recruiting for almost 20 years, you don’t keep emailing candidates to then turn around and let them know you are not moving forward. My advice to their under qualified recruiter is to have a purpose and strategy when reaching out to candidates. It’s okay to be selective when reaching out to people. What is not okay is to just send out a mass email without it being purposefully.
