      Unstable, no job security

      Flexible working environment and no micro-management

      Cons

      Very unstable, doesn't offer job security even prior to Covid-19. Constant restructuring and lack transparent communication and empathy from the leadership team (both regional and global). Overall, it is not an entirely bad organization to be in but will not recommend due to lack of stability.
