      Pros

      - Full autonomy to your method of strategy. Managers are willing to listen to ideas and exercise new ways of selling product. This comes with trust, so make sure you know what you’re doing! - Gender Diversity. Every leadership level has at least one female in charge. As a male I can see the effects of good work being put ahead by their strong and encouraging leadership. All leaders in the org are amazing and are always willing to help - Amazing products. Smart home, leader in lighting! Amazing new products underway. We are way above our demand expectancies

      Cons

      We often work in silos, duplicating work and not sharing which tools/reports/softwares are available to us as employees. There are no analysts. No localized data teams. Every team just forecasts and plans with their “gut” , causing potential problems in the long run. Work/life can be tough at times but this is being focused on and it is getting better
