Pros

Strong vision, management that cares, constant learning opportunities, can create your own career path.

Cons

Things move so quickly, the left hand and right hand don’t always work together. Strong focus on cutting costs in recent years so very lean organization, making everyone responsible for wearing many hats.

Flexible schedule, rental car, work from home, house calls

Cons

Unrealistic work schedule; paid a set rate for house call, $50. But unfortunately the house call can take 90 min plus drive time . The document you have to complete is 26 pages and that does not even include all PE, Lab draws, vitals, etc
