Recognized Brand - good position in cv, company car, helpful people around. flat structure, no dress code.

Cons

No work-life balance, organizational chaos, micromanagement, not enough resources for ambitions, necessary to work in extra hours (with no extra salary), permanent stress /burnout, poor quality of managers, poor quality of trainings - no investment in building long-time relations with employees.
