Pros

Free stuff in the kitchen Social event every 2 weeks

Cons

Immature and unprofessional management with no experience on how to 'lead' Favoritism and politics - promoting without merit No growth opportunities and no personal development initiatives Poor communication: just focus on execution and do not have ideas or question anything as you get kicked out.

Pros

Comp Plan - CRO wants sales people to make money - technology is relevant and customers are excited. Company has trained their sales operations teams to support sales teams and company has done their best in trying to keep up with high growth.

Cons

Customer success has not been a focus area - salesforce.com focuses in on adoption/consumption and lets the sales person free up to focus on the next new logo. Here you drown in managing customer expectations, managing PS hours/engagement PM, and hoping to get it deployed prior to the renewal date. ServiceNow BU's are now overlay groups that focus on "selling" their vertical solutions into your territory - beginning to feel like TPS report hell or the IBM way of selling. Pricing strategy changes with each release which makes renewals a challenge and customer references/price points far apart.

Fast pace, constant change, too much work

Pros

Generally competent people who are well qualified and enthusiastic. Bonuses and reviews occur every quarter. You feel like you're making a difference. They have been promoting from within the ranks. The stock price is still climbing.

Cons

This is a "yes" company - you must agree when asked for something, and if you say "no", you'd better have an air-tight reason. There is unrelenting work and unrelenting change. I went through three org changes and two management changes within 9 months. The new CMO is introducing even more change and pressure to perform(he previously worked at Amazon). You sometimes feel like a robot just getting stuff done in your assigned lane. Managers have the constant pressure to make sure their team is perceived as "high-performing". There is almost no room(or time) for creativity.
