      Flexibility, empowerment if right manager and stretch opportunities

      Cons

      If you end up with wrong manager your caterer is screwed. Too many old timers change seats with no full commitment and interest to develop the company forward. Sometimes the Hr function is the worst.

      Pros

      This is a huge company, with a lot of possibilities if you are opened to move from your location. If you are not in high positions you can be autonomous and sometimes creative.

      Cons

      No option to get promotion if you don't have a good network into, and no career plan to the employees. Talent is something not quite usefull into this company if you don't know the rigth people or you are not coming from the rigth high school. To move to another location is a good option to get promoted, but it means to link your life to the company. There is not much life/work balance. Low salaries and high workloads.
