      traditional burocratical multinational starting to make it's change

      Pros

      present worldwide, possibility to purchase through the company services / products (health insurance, restaurant tickets, IT purchase, etc.) at good prices as group conditions apply, possibility to agree on working remote from home once or twice a week.

      Cons

      HR is not really helping you in the career development, very slow burocratical functioning in decision taking (in all terms), changing too often organizational structure within short time (every 6 month aprox. internal reorganisations)
