Pros
Living in Costa Mesa is wonderful and the management team knows that you want to have time to enjoy the weather and the beaches. The hours are standard for a sales position, a little long and very involved, but they are worth it.
Cons
A lot of time spent on the phone instead of in front of customers, but the work place is very relaxed and the people are great so it makes the day go by fast.
