Pros

Solid company. Big international name. Good for starters. You have the chance to work around the world with different internal programs.

Cons

The position you take is likely to be the last you will have there. Very difficult to move around. Extremely slow the development. They do not believe in people, you are just a tool. War of egos. All teams work in silos. Lack of communication at all level. Senior management it is indifferent to the staff. They give you crumbs and they expect you to be thankful. Bonus are going down every year. There is no incentive to make any effort and your achievements go unnoticed. No investment in people development. No longer offer job security.

Pros

The 401(k) contributions made by the employee the contribution made by the company vests immediately

Cons

Executive management at Santander changes almost annually, which results in corresponding turnover at the levels beneath. If you are terminated as part of these annual changes in Executive management, no severance whatsoever will be provided. The people who stay at Santander spend their time covering up the company's many shortcomings, not fixing the sources of the shortcomings. Management does not want to hear any "bad" news - especially if it's true.
