Pros
Good benefits, relaxed environment and great retail products. People will always help you if you ask and for the most part they are very friendly.
Cons
Dominated by Spanish employees, particularly in London, and not because they're good at what they do. Don't expect to get anywhere unless you are a networking genius, can speak Spanish and know someone who knows someone. While they always speak of the 'opportunities that exist' they don't always speak of who can get you there - because it more than likely isn't your own hard work. Promotions and leadership roles will always go to the Spanish.
