Pros

Company provides good opportunities for growth within the company, it´s a very good place to build a career, providing constant access to training. High demands and work under pressure, if you succeed here you'll be prepared to work in any banking company

Cons

Low compensation, high workload, especially operational or bureaucratic that makes it difficult to business management and customer orientation

Pros

Friendly work atmosphere.

Cons

Long hours, lack of training and guidance (no mentorship). Upper management consists mostly of Spanish expats, and advancement opportunities for local staff are non-existent (I haven't heard of anyone advancing during my two years at the bank). Heavy on paperwork. Low caps on bonuses. Software systems are out-of-date, in spanish and provide conflicting data (Spanish fluency is a big advantage). Health insurance coverage sub-par and expensive for industry.
