      Pros

      This company promotes a healthy office culture, as well as professional growth. We have many team building activities as well as giving back to the community.

      Cons

      Some career paths can take longer than others, but management is incredibly helpful and supportive of the process.

      Pros

      Very entrepreneurial mindset. Before the merger with ABN in Brazil, it was a very familiar and good environment. Decisions were taken fast and they support more employees.

      Cons

      Very aggressive and political. Also depends a lot of the boss one has. They also don't value internal talent.

      Pros

      Some good people working hard in the branches and back-offices.

      Cons

      New opportunities are given to wives, cousins, son-in-law of former CEO and protected people that do not have experience in the areas...Equal Opportunity does not exist in management and specially in senior management. Lack of leadership: company is constantly trying to figure out what is not working when the problem is almost nothing works well. Expatriates don't have commitment to fix the company, rather simply to experience US (which they never do). They come and they go and nothing improves. Group thinking: So many committees, but nobody express their opinion, all agree or get shipped away back to Spain.
