Some good people working hard in the branches and back-offices.

New opportunities are given to wives, cousins, son-in-law of former CEO and protected people that do not have experience in the areas...Equal Opportunity does not exist in management and specially in senior management. Lack of leadership: company is constantly trying to figure out what is not working when the problem is almost nothing works well. Expatriates don't have commitment to fix the company, rather simply to experience US (which they never do). They come and they go and nothing improves. Group thinking: So many committees, but nobody express their opinion, all agree or get shipped away back to Spain.
