      Pros

      It was a great place to work. There are still some good people left there. BRAVO awards. Good pay, benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism and integrity in management. Its all about cutting costs to make millions for the big guy. Quality issues. High stress.

      Pros

      Dedicated workforce and great people. Excellent benefits and compensation. The Site gives you the flexibility to develop your career. There's a lot of opportunity at the Broomfield Site.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations to perform and hit volumes with the current headcount. Targets are set without a real understanding of what is needed to succeed. Key talent is bleeding from the Broomfield Site and drastic measures are not taken by Regional or the SLT to address this issue. We are asked to provide suggestions, but they are quickly rejected by the Region. SLT and management are trying to change the culture, but if we don't get the support that is needed to sustain the business, the attrition will continue.

      The benefit package and salaries are good.

      Cons

      This is not a family friendly environment; expect to work 10+ hours a day and get nothing done. Managers have no idea how to manage, organize, or help their employees. There is no desire to get with the times and use technology; wanting to make changes can get you fired. What little technology they do have they don't even know how to use right. 1 good FDA GMP audit could cause a lot of problems for this place.
