      A place that once had potential.

      Pros

      You got a paycheck for performing your job. Here you have a chance to get experience working in a pharmaceutical environment.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, way too much overtime. Management under-appreciates the workers. Too much favoritism among management and some workers that prevents advancement. Low work morale in an unprofessional environment.

      -Learned the important life lesson of what it's like to be employed in a toxic company and when to leave -pays well to comply

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start...most of the problems are mentioned in previous reviews. The majority of issues arise from absolutely horrendous management by non-professionals who have been promoted due to favoritism. At one point my senior told me "it's not that you're bad, it's that you're not a favorite." This may have been acceptable if it weren't for the back-breaking work (60 hours/week) and unreasonable deadlines. Only work at this site if it is your last option, and have a plan on how to get out.

      Pros

      People work hard trying to help each other survive. Pay and benefits ok. Decent vacation time although 401k match and vesting could be improved (3yrs).

      Cons

      Endless....no work life balance or consideration of family. Management not supportive at Broomfield site. As mentioned in other reviews the staffing levels are a joke with most people doing work of 2-4 people. Attrition in first half of 2016 averaged 2 people a week outside Ops. Strongly recommend against working here to anyone reading this...just not worth the stress. Site leadership seems to change every couple years so impossible to expect improvement. No recognition of anything and extremely negative work environment. Highly political with most managers not even supporting their own teams. No strategic direction or process improvements.
