Pros

Arcade Games In Break room. Clean bathrooms. Free coffee. People are courteous to your face. Nice landscaping. Basketball and running league.

Cons

Trust no-one. Do not report any problems. It will come back to bite you. Company persecutes you if you put issues in email. 10+ upper level employees jumped ship in last 30 days. Tells you something.

Pros

Decent Benefits, Good Pay, Bonus program.

Cons

Work life balance- plan on working lots of overtime. Management- complete chaos! you have 10 different people giving you direction, and no one is in sync. Culture- This facility use to be an excellent place to work, but within the last 5 years it has really gone down hill!! Directors being demoted to Associate Director, due to lack of performance (twice). If anyone else was under performing, they would be FIRED! HR- covers for the upper Management, does nothing to help the common folk!

Pros

Strong organization that is well-positioned in it's marketplace with the advent of bio-similar. Good benefits with alignment with parent company, Novartis. Friendly and hard-working mainline employees.

Cons

IT department is undergoing massive change internally and has lost a lot of talent due to consolidation within Novartis. Seems to be managed as a matrix organization where consideration to business dynamics and what makes sense to make the organization most successful is often deemphasized or ignored due to bottom line cost savings and stock price. Often times felt that decisions were made in a vacuum vs. analyzing what actually created true lasting value. That said, they do have a mission to drive IT costs way down which will ultimately impact future in-house opportunities. Trend in 2014-2015 has been to outsouce most work.
