      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits and co-workers are good to work with.

      Cons

      It's an awful working environment. People are completely stressed out because of chronic under staffing problems. I'm doing the job of two people and nothing ever seems to go as planned, because deadlines are completely unrealistic. Which means plenty of unpaid overtime, weekend work assignments, and no work life balance. This job gives new meaning to the term "Drinking Water from a Fire Hydrant."

      Everything is a priority. Too many levels of approval (and presentations, and meetings) to make decisions.
