Pros

Work Hours (Mainly best for working mothers)

Cons

1. No balance between Salary and Workload 2. No growth/promotions 3. Politics across hierarchy 4. Although they claim to follow DEI policy, there is no equal ratio of men and women 5. Not at all creative, still following traditional ways of working and if you want to share ideas, they are not at all welcomed. Rather you would have to create reports and explanations for the same. 6. Marketing dept is women centric and a lot of politics 7. Managers may be great at personal level, but otherwise a NO NO
