Pros

Excellent Benefits and work life balance

Cons

Performance & culture are compromised by non professionalism & toxic personalities. Double standard is disturbing & exhausting. While boss favourites feel entitled to act however they want, others face challenges of no inclusion, no fair treatment & limited opportunities. Management is not considering relevant staffs’ opinions nor engaging them in problem solving or changes. Push capable employees to leave the organisation but promote non competence ones. No work ethic. Spread rumors about people that they dislike. Extensive use of fear, shame, lies & manipulation to gain compliance & control, hide the real situation & create distrust amongst colleagues. Ignore work protocols. No thought process. As soon as it affects them personally, they change their tune & move the goal posts.

Pros

Amazing health care benefits (genuinely can’t knock them for that) Coworkers on the same level are sometimes supportive of each other Good mission If you’re mid-upper management and you have kids, this will be a nice place to stay for while because you get reasonable flexibility, good benefits, and upper management often delegates stressful tasks to mid-low employees. If you’re fresh out of college, stay a year, get some experience, and leave because the trajectory for upward movement is gone.

Cons

The “kind” culture is really passive aggressive Promotions don’t always make sense/kiss ups get moved up Middle management sucks Lack of work/life balance Low-mid level employees have low pay Little upward mobility Lack of diversity SAGE Perform to track feedback feels superficial and borderline like a tattletale system that employees are forced to use 401k profit sharing instead of matching

Pros

Good benefits and maternity package some nice people

Cons

Poor Line Management clear favourite s within departments, if you fit the look you will go far otherwise you are expected to sit down and shut up. Line managers need serious training to much micro management and complaining no solutions.
