Pros

Great people – not so great higher management

Cons

I’ve been with the company for a few years now, even before the pandemic hit. When COVID shut everything down, the company did a great job adapting so we could all work from home. And guess what? We still nailed our goals and kept things running smoothly. So, I’m really puzzled by the new rule that we have to be in the office at least three days a week. It feels like a step back, especially since we’ve proven we can be just as productive from home. If some people aren’t hitting their targets, maybe they need a different solution, but it doesn’t seem fair to make everyone come in because of that. On a personal note, this change is a huge hit to my work-life balance. My family has grown during this time, and being able to work from home has been a lifesaver. Now, with a commute that takes me 3 hours and 20 minutes round trip on a good day, it’s almost impossible for my husband and me to juggle everything with the kids. I hope the company will reconsider this policy or at least offer some support for those of us who are really struggling with the commute and childcare. Maybe there’s a better way to handle this that doesn’t put so much strain on everyone.

Pros

- good place to learn - company benefits - big customer base and well recognised brands in some countries

Cons

- Really bad management. 50% of VP's and 75% of EVPs are completely useless. No idea around customers, market, product or even reading correctly a P&L - No future on cloud. No reliable products to face the future.
