      Nice colleagues, no suprises and flexible

      Cons

      Spain IT salaries are smaller than other eu countries. Barcelona cost of living is quite high. May not worth to move from outside.

      - Average salary, but he bonus makes it worth - Godd environment - People are not numbers - Cares about the employees well being - Respect to diversity and the people

      - Base salary good be higher - No benefits package (outside of the base salary) - Could be more flexible with working schedule

      Pros

      Overall is a great company, great mindset and very good people. Fun and diverse people.

      Cons

      Salary is under market compared to other big tech companies. Top managers seems to have gotten there by "politics". Not seeing any inspiring skills. Directors and managers do show this skills, even exco.
