Pros

You can be yourself here - diversity and inclusion matters. There's a heartfelt belief that good business is more than making money -its' about helping those who need help - Sage Foundation does great work with charities all over the world and you get 5 paid days to volunteer for the those that matter to you. A technology company - on a mission to support entrepreneurs with software to help grow their businesses and fulfil their dreams.

Cons

Lots to do but I like that.

Thanks very much for your comments - all feedback is invaluable to us. We agree The Foundation is fantastic as it makes a difference to so many people. Yes, diversity and inclusion are not just buzz words or a tick box exercise at Sage, the fact we just won an award from the CIPD on this very topic proves that. Thanks again for the feedback.

Leaderless and lacking vision (Sage Live)

Pros

Sage offers a solid benefits package to its employees. The biggest perk is starting off with 20 days of paid time off.

Cons

1. Lack of leadership 2. Inability to try creative practices 3. No accountability on groups that fail to perform (global marketing unable to deliver the necessary MQLs to ensure sales and customer success can hit their targets yet when they are called out for quality and quantity they question the other teams) 4. Employees constantly jockey for position in a constant game of politics and trying to make themselves look good instead of focusing on employees and the customer. 5. Leadership lacks the ability to analyze data and be agile to the shifting landscape to make sure the product is positioned to address pain points in the market. I could go on and on, but I do not want to bore you.

We believe it is important to invest in providing a world-class customer experience, but also in our people. This includes providing creative and inspiring office facilities, new internal channels for sharing ideas & providing employee feedback, and ongoing training for managers to ensure Sage has a first-class leadership team. We all have ways we can improve, so please contact us if you wish to discuss further at glassdoor@sage.com

Pros

Good Local company Excellent product Friendly people

Cons

I worked for a Employment Agency in a different role previously. If you leave Sage for any reason don't go back because they will hold it against you.
