      Pros

      Great people. Huge array of tech to play with. Lots of scope to make a difference. Flexible working conditions and roles. Exciting prospects.

      Cons

      Still shrugging off the startup training wheels - slight tendency to rush full tilt at new projects (though this is being addressed) and communication isn't great. Some "personalities" to deal with, but none impossible to work with. Low on the benefits. Retail/ecommerce/tax/inventory - it can all be a bit boring.

      Lots of nice friendly people who are trying their best. New CEO has great passion. Huge potential but just challenged to realise this.

      To many managers and to much staff from long time and only workers were redundant

      Unfair Practices and Lack of Knowledgable Management

      Benefits are GREAT, and that's it

      Cons

      Management is UNFAIR and lacks proper managerial skills. Interview was VERY misleading. No room for growth. Work-Life Balance is a JOKE. Forced to take FULL PTO days. Management is not open to ideas that would benefit the department. Overall this department is AWFUL due to management practices. This is a CALL CENTER!!
