- Great Group Culture - Strong growth strategies -Great Training and Development Programs -Benefits are great: summer hours, workout center, cafes onsite, etc -Facility is absolutely beautiful

Cons

-Racine is not the best location for younger workers to relocate to and want to start new life at(cold winters, 35+ minutes from Milwaukee, older community,etc)
