Fair salary with great benefit programs which includes cash and defered bonus, 401K, pension, Christmas week off and so on. People are usually nice to work with.

Cons

Limited growth opportunity within the company for the people with experience and skills like me. Some mid-level management may be too satisfied with their knowledge and experience.

Groupthink. Promotions seem to be based on handshakes, not necessarily always the right person for a role.
