      Great culture in the us, great product but cons are so big that people leaves the company all the time

      Cons

      Nepotism rules!!! Nephews, sons, daughters unprepared are promoted, when other stays 5-7 years in the same position. People who does not perform get promoted and receive chances and chances without performing. Management is very worried about small costs but does not care about Executives Costs such as cars, travels, and other things

      Interesting work in the beginning.

      Cons

      Working with some of the sales guys suck because many of them are babies in a big person's body. A lot of dead wood in the sales organization and in middle management.

      Great environment, cooperative people, good products (but being rapidly caught by competition). A heritage of collaborative and supportive culture, but...

      ... that counts for nothing when senior management level is totally comprised of self serving individuals with personal agendas and very little 21st century management competence. Their response to negative staff feedback is a load of comedy initiatives (keeps the expanding HR team occupied spose), which patronise the staff and miss the underlying chronic issues. None of the 'managers' seems accountable for repeated failures (chaotic re-organisation, badly executed redundancy programme, sales training, cost control etc). Most of Sales management seems incapable of ..selling or management.
