Pros

Great culture in the us, great product but cons are so big that people leaves the company all the time

Cons

Nepotism rules!!! Nephews, sons, daughters unprepared are promoted, when other stays 5-7 years in the same position. People who does not perform get promoted and receive chances and chances without performing. Management is very worried about small costs but does not care about Executives Costs such as cars, travels, and other things

Cons

Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
