Pros

You have lot of free time, and can meet amazing people (if you get to the right place). Salary is always on time.

Cons

Idiot expectations for nothing in exchange, but as you have simply no rights ("if you don't like it then leave") the is nothing you can do about it. People, who should have never been hired to deal with costumers are in leading positions (Senior cabin crew, management), if you are not flying enough you will have a horrible salary, as you are payed only for your flown hours (if your flight is late you will not get payed for anything but the actual hours of flying), but of course you have to pay for your course (wich is BAD). Standby days...can have a lot, you have one hour to reach the airport, if not called on duty, you are not payed. No food/water on board, so if you do not have...basically you starve, as you are not allowed to take anything unless you pay for it. My personal favorite...no sick leave and no sick pay, somehow they alwys manage to make a mistake in your informations, so you are never entitled to have any benefits. To summarize, one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

Pros

You learn different languages and different cultures. If you are like enough to receive a nice base.. Is good. If no, salary is really really low

Cons

They treat you like a number, not like a human being; they alocate you to a base, not carrying if you have a place to stay or no. You don't receive accomodation or money for it. Don't dream that you will see any country, you flight to a place, turnaround 25 min, return to your base. They alocate unpaid to people when they want, salary low low low. Not recommended at all to anyone!
