Pros

The job is amazing I truly enjoyed flying all the time and being part of this industry and the salary are not bad

Cons

Except in this company where you get paid random amounts and have to fly with horible people sometimes.

Pros

*good availablity for VTO's, if you want to "buy" a free day. *salary in my base was good, you could save up a lot. *check-in/-out in my base was fine (no early than 5, no later than 2) *unlimited staff travel, pretty cheap tickets *salary always on time *flights mostly on time, no delays

Cons

*forget about choosing your dates for the annual leave, you will be assigned, prepare to be assigned the days very chaotic (e.g. one flight in the middle of the 10 OFF days block) *you sales skills are closely monitored, you can get in trouble if you don't sell enough *there will be a lot of pressure to sell Scratch Cards, that's how the company gets a lot of money without any investment. *expect to be underpaid on payday and receive the rest of the money when they want, if they want *you don't receive the the payslips on time *expect having major changes in your roster without a heads-up or explaination, then having to send dozens of queries to find the reason. *expect to be ignored by operations and inflight management (e.g. you send a ticket, they respond complete non-sense, then close the ticket) *once you resign, there is no way of contacting the company or HR, they will probably contact you when they remember or if you sue them. *you will be trated like a crewcode, not like a person. *there are a lot of people willing you have your job, so if you don't sell enough during probation period they will fire you. *if you get sick during probation period, they will fire you (yes, even if you have a doctor's recommandation"

Pros

Stable roster (5-4) may days of annual leave (around 60 if you add days off + annual leave and spread them throughout the year). Good pay for low experienced pilots and fast upgrade to captain

Cons

They send you where they like, they don't care about your base preference. They force you to fly long duties close to captain discretion even when there is no need to (winter) and then you have many standby days where you are not getting paid, but you have to be at the base they gave to you anyways.
