      Pros

      Pay, benefits and bonus are good.

      Cons

      Complete change of management in last 2 years. Constantly changing processes and procedures without any regard to how much it reduces real work being done. Little regard for those working on the most profitable products. Moving everything to India or Belarus.

      Nice facilities, good benefits, tremendous potential

      Cons

      All the good executives were washed out in 2016. CEO only cares about profits and doing engineering for the least cost possible. He refuses to put strong executives in place - loves sycophants. Company had some really strong leaders and they either quit or were reorg'ed out. Talking to friends who are still there, everyone is updating their resume.

      Good people and benefits.

      Cons

      Huge shift in company strategy, hopefully, all positive. Time will tell. Many people are leaving on their own, others being let go due to new leadership. No life/balance.
