Pros

Not Really. API Product is quite good thats what I can muster. And the food. Good and lots of it. Software Sales there is a seperate unit from main part of business, gets very little attention from Exec Management. So there is a sort of musical chairs charade in Middle Management fiefdoms years in , years out. And will be for some time at present rate of matters. See Bain Capital.

Cons

There are many Cons there.

Pros

Snacks in the kitchen; parking garage; some people can be helpful when talking one-on-one

Cons

Employees are leaving left and right, and the ones that remain are being let go due to all the movement (read: cheaper labor) to overseas work in India and China. The technology is extremely outdated, which means that it is not only hard to use, work, understand, sell, and market, but it is difficult to explain to your fellow colleagues thanks to code and supplementation having been crafted in the 1980s. This is NOT a place for young people, despite their efforts to lure them in through code-a-thons at local universities (which are disguised as charitable or philanthropic events that employees are expected to "volunteer" at... how helping a future software engineer who will soon make well over 6-figures can be called "charitable work" is beyond me). The idea of company culture is just that--an idea. Upper management is not transparent with its employees, often telling people who ask fundamental questions during company-wide meetings that they'll "take things offline," where no one else will hear the answers. Finally, intercommunication between departments is non-existent. You need to make your own connections to hope for any sort of help, or you're on your own. Due to the amount of changes between management, employees, international offices, and products, GOOD LUCK for any sense of stability in this company. The younger employees have either left or want to leave, and the more seasoned employees are either comfortable with the chaos or simply waiting for the ship to sink. My advice? Grab a life jacket and swim away while you can.
