      IT is a nightmare, look at other companies for a job

      Pros

      Food and halfway talented people but they wont stay very long

      Cons

      Company has been in transition for 2 years. The management team has been laid off and replaced. The new management is making changes for their personal preferences not for business strategy. IT is a nightmare. If you are good at your job and want to see the company succeed, you will work ridiculous hours for low raises, no training.

      Pros

      Apart from a few exceptions, the people at Rocket are great. The culture is honest, smart, funny and collaborative. My management has been awesome, giving me support when necessary while respecting my experience and expertise. Senior management has been good about having frequent & regular communication recent changes w/in the company.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing some growing pains that has led to employee turn-over, which has had an impact on morale.

      Good Work Environment but a little scattered

      Great work culture, attempts to renovate office space and create more of an open "start up" environment for lack of a better word

      Cons

      Management is misguided, not everyone is on the same page. In the middle of a huge transformation of company motives and goals so things are a bit scattered and hectic
