      Great work culture, attempts to renovate office space and create more of an open "start up" environment for lack of a better word

      Cons

      Management is misguided, not everyone is on the same page. In the middle of a huge transformation of company motives and goals so things are a bit scattered and hectic

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
