Pros

The Team members on my team it was a nice team excluding the management

Cons

Poor management, infinite amount of work is just thrown, forced to work long hours and weekends unpaid, as if 8-6pm was not long enough. Constant changes which makes which has a bad effect, if any other teams can't manage the work it gets thrown at another team who would get the work doesn't matter if the team have to work until 12am all management want is the work done and don't care about the employees Always recruiting because alot of people hate the place and choose to leave Management makes it like hell on earth and there is no motivation, just a robot The money isn't worth it Can't develop at all because the management want to recruit an external Company benefits are not great either Unprofessional Raise any concerns or issues with management it's like speaking to a wall or a robot Driven out of the place There are no deadlines Forced to make a manual whilst busy doing the daily job tasks Can't take holidays, can't talk to anyone with management around. Not a professional company Wouldn't work for RS again Bad experience Worst place to work

Pros

The training you receive from the company is generally well put together, which you receive from a number of experienced consultants across divisions. In general, the work culture is good and the majority of people are approachable and easy to get along with. If you really enjoy sales, and are highly motivated to earn some money, this job will likely interest you.

Cons

There is a lack of transparency about bonus systems - which has never been fully disclosed. It really depends on the team you join (work style, environment, jobs etc) - which could either make or break you. There is quite a lot of internal politics in the company - which some end up using to their advantage. Although the company upholds itself as a 'team based unit' etc, this is not the case and if you wish to get into this kind of job - you work only for yourself. This is not verbally communicated of course but it is evident. While the company has good internal opportunities if you are successful, outside of being a recruiter the longer you stay as a recruiter the more difficult you will find it to get a career elsewhere. The skills you develop there aren't really transferable to much else, unless of course you want to be a sales person for the rest of your career. You don't really become an expert in anything - arguably you are an expert in pretending to be an expert. You could even write a term paper on the work environment there comparing it to modern day 'taylorism.'
